Conditions of Entry and Indemnity

Race Entry Conditions

• Children 12yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult
• An approved helmet must be worn throughout the events.
• The decision of the Race Director affecting all matters is final.
• Carry enough equipment to keep your bike mobile.
• Issued numbers must be visible at all times during the event.
• Normal road rules apply on public roads.
• First aid, water and transport will be available on the course.
• The organizers reserve the right to reject any entry or disqualify
  any entrant not complying to the above conditions of entry.
• Official closing date for entries is Wednesday March 14th.
  Entries will be accepted after this date with a $10.00 penalty and will NOT be eligible for spot prizes.
  On race day Late Entry door will shut at 10am. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS

Indemnity Waiver

• I understand that I am entering this event at my own risk and in my judgement have sufficient
  competence and experience to complete this event safely.
• I agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing this event and the ruling of officials on
  race day.
• I agree to indemnify the organizers, sponsors, land owners and occupiers of land onwhich this
  event takes place from any liabilities and claims made by individuals or entities as a result of
  my actions during this event.
